Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Beaches and Beyond Adventures! We are committed to providing exceptional travel planning services and ensuring clarity in our partnership. These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) outline the responsibilities, expectations, and protections for both parties. In this Agreement, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Beaches and Beyond Adventures LLC, and “you” refers to the individual or entity entering into this Agreement. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Parties

This agreement is made between Beaches and Beyond Adventure LLC ("Travel Agent") and the client listed below ("Client").

2. Scope of Services

Beaches and Beyond Adventure LLC agrees to provide professional travel planning services, which may include:

• Research and recommendations for destinations, resorts, cruises, or      tours
• Booking of air, hotel, ground transportation, cruises, and/or      excursions
• Group coordination services (if applicable)
• Travel insurance quotes
• Ongoing support before and during travel

3. Fees

Some services may be subject to non-refundable planning or service fees. These fees will be disclosed in writing prior to service. If charged, fees must be paid before travel arrangements begin.

 
4. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information (legal names, dates of birth, travel      preferences, etc.)
• Review all documents and confirmations upon receipt
• Make timely payments to suppliers as instructed
• Purchase travel insurance or waive it in writing

5. Payments and Cancellations

Client understands that all payments are made directly to the supplier unless otherwise stated and that all bookings are subject to the cancellation, refund, and change policies of the individual travel suppliers. Beaches and Beyond Adventure LLC is not responsible for supplier changes, delays, or cancellations.

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen events. If declined, you assume all associated risks.

7. Limitation of Liability

Beaches and Beyond Adventures LLC acts solely as a travel agent and is not the source or supplier of travel services. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, or negligence by third-party suppliers, nor for injuries, losses, delays, or damages caused by suppliers or force majeure events (weather, strikes, pandemics, government actions, etc.). All travel services are subject to the suppliers’ terms and conditions.
 

8. Privacy & Data Use

Your personal information will be used solely for securing travel arrangements and will not be sold or shared for unrelated purposes.
 

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
